Proceeds of the event will go to Pens of Hope - an outreach program initiated to help address the scarcity of writing materials in the Philippines, particularly in Davao City.

Davis Langdon Engineers Donate Writing Materials Again

The big box from Davis Langdon Dubai Office arrived too early for the next distribution. This is something POHD is grateful for because the volunteers need not collect writing materials for the next batch of beneficiaries. 

They seem to have encompassed the needs of the students as they didn't only stick with pencils and pens. They also included other school supplies such as

sketchbooks and crayons

rulers

 erasers and sharpeners

bond paper, rubber bands and chalk and

ID cards.

The Unnamed Donor

POHD received a small blue pack of writing materials from the UK. Apparently, the donor doesn't want his/her name published on the Internet but nevertheless, this small act of kindness is worth blogging.
