On December 13, a package of about 870 pens and pencils was sent to me from Cheryl and her friends who working in Ichinomiya City, Aichi, Japan. Cheryl was my classmate in elementary and high school and when she learned about the project, she initiated to collect writing materials in her own Filipino community.
These writing materials will be given to the beneficiaries of the third distribution on December 28, 2009.
